No one's reworking it, JP, the constitution clearly grants us the freedom of expression, until it infringes on another person's rights. Not standing for the pledge does NOT infringe on another's rights, however, forcing someone to do so DOES indeed infringe on their rights.

Well, I think you would do well to avoid making such wide-ranging slanderous statements and still expect people here to give you any respect.
If you do not want to engage in any point of view or fact that possibly diverges from your own opinion, it does make any form of meaningful contribution from you very difficult, as all you do then is resort to insults.
Like I say. The body of evidence shows that this is not a new phenomenon- all you can do is blame the young for something that is actually a long-term trend.

You don't have to bring up each war you have to bring up one war (altho this will again result into the OTF discussion about the commitment of US TROOPS in both World Wars) in the last century in which American soldiers DEFENDED the rights of AMERICANS
