I Sprained My Foot!

I'm gonna ***** and moan some 😠

I was out jogging like 20 minutes ago, and this was a few blocks from my house, I hit a patch of black ice because it was dark where I live, and slid, my foot twisted, and I sprained it I think 🙁

I had to limp home, and now it's agony to move cry

That happened to me once. I had to take a day off of school, and right after it happened i had to ride my bike home so i wouldn't be late for dinner... It sucked

No, my ankle turned outward awkwardly and I stumbled 🙁

i had my ankle broken in 3 places and 2 surgeries on it since december 1st i still can barely walk on it it bent forward and twisted to the side at the same time when i fell of the bus at school the steps were really slippery it was so bad tat the only thing keeping it in my skin was the boot i had on thats what my surgeon told me

i know my sister has to also get surgery for a TFCC tear its the muscle that connects your hand and wrist she3 has to have 6 incisions
