I was out jogging like 20 minutes ago, and this was a few blocks from my house, I hit a patch of black ice because it was dark where I live, and slid, my foot twisted, and I sprained it I think 🙁

I had to limp home, and now it's agony to move cry

I know how you feel, I tore the ligaments in my foot and it hurt like crazy. But its getting better!!!
