I think that officially, there are the permament members and reserve members, and no JLAer is officially the leader, but unofficially, it's always been Superman, with batman coming in at a close second (he funds the team)

superman and batman are the top two imo, both for completely different reasons...

superman cos well, when everything goes pear shaped superman is the one people look to...

and batman, because he's the polar opposite of superman... and the money doesnt hurt either...

I think Superman. You can replace Batman with someone smart. You can replace Superman with someone strong. However when it comes to crunch time I'd rather have Superman with me than Batman.
