It´s beta-radiation, alpha would consist of the cores of helium-atoms(pretty heavy but luckily quite shortranged).
Probably right about the BIG ones you are, depends on the thickness and composition of the glas and the strenght of the lightning.

Storm would own spiderman in a battle. In the cityscape environment theyre battling in she would be way too much for him to handle. She could turn the whole sky against him theres no escape despite his speed. He'd be able to escape the odd lightning bolt but not hurricane force winds directed him. His only escape would be to run in2 a building. Storm wouldnt be stupid enough to walk in after him. Storm could bring it down. In hurricane winds his webbing aint goin nowhere

you do realize that storm's winds would be absolutely useless in a city. Have you ever been to new york? Hell, even to new orleans or dc? Once you're within an urban area with big enough buildings... guess what? the wind doesnt exactly maneuver around the corners of the buildings too well...

Spiderman bounced around the X-men in secret war, why couldnt he beat storm?

Venomfan your knowledge of storm and her abilities is appalling. Since when does storm hav to conjure a lightning bolt LMAO. She can summon lightning from the sky as well as generate her own from her fingertips just like that. Or if need be both simultaneously. If u dont know about a character why debate about them. okay, so now storm can see around buildings? really... you arent thinking 4th dimensionally, as doc brown would claim. Yes, she can fly above buildings... but that also takes time. as soon as the fight starts, all spidey has to do is web her, which wouldnt be all too hard, given his expertise with it.
And yes, a pebble would do grand against hurricane winds. something small would have little problem if thrown with enough force to go against the wind. In fact, the smaller, the better.
and reaching wont be too much of a problem, as his webbing, and pretty much anything he can throw, can reach her just fine.

Whats to stop her following him around while directing her winds? Exactly nothing. She could do that while keeping a sufficient distance. Plus she could travel that distance far quicker than he could. Yeah hes very agile and can dodge attacks blah blah blah. But thats different to speed. He wouldnt be able to swing somewhere faster than she could fly. No konnie in hurricane force winds his webbing would NOT reach her. Thats not debatable. A pebble yeah maybe but no larger projectiles

Did I ever say Storm wasnt powerfull? I said Spiderman isnt going to stand around while she "summons" her power's to whatever extent you want them to be.
Storm is vesitile but Electricty isnt somthing Spiderman isnt familar with you think Storm has more power than Electro? if so please provide evidence
