#99, tried to make it transparent with .png, but still too big. So I cheated.

It's supposed to look like a fresh black tattoo that is red and puffy from just being done.

this would have been so cool transparent! its ashame the file would be to large. But I can see the freshly tattooed effect. Nice work!

I was able to get it from 90kb to 60 something while still in .png, but couldn't get it any lower without sacrificing quality.
