In every book, Harry has grown even more as the hero. So, I think in the next book, Harry will pull off an even another amazing feat...probably to save Dumbledore or someone extremely powerful. I can't wait to read the next book....it's just a great story.

i heard Lockhart recovers his memory and becomes Voldemorts assistant...
then that Lupins brother will be the next Dark Arts profesor, and that nobody, not even Malfoy will like him...

belldandy those are some damn original thoughts and i like them. I don't think their quite true, but i know they're more original than anything i've read in these threads....:kudos:

do ya think the colour of ahrrys eyes will egt important? i read anywhere it'll named anything with green flame...

If there's one thing sure in book 6, its that Luna Lovegood will be an even bigger, more important character!

..but its a double-edged sword, how or what kind of "big & important" character she will become. See, Cedric Diggory was really big in book 3 being the only seeker to beat Harry at Quidditch & all, then he became very very big in book 4.. well, we all know what happened to him in the end.. but he is even bigger now isnt he? immortalized/never to be forgotten.

I dread to contemplate Luna's fate..

--i also see that there will be a lot of new colorful characters (similar to Rita Skeeter, Grawp) - a new DADA teacher perhaps coz I think Snape wont be til book 7.

--Sirius is coming back a a ghost or something. they spoke too soon about him not coming back.. and remember, Sirius doesnt like people telling him what to do or not do.

--More adventures for Harry as he will now be seeking a weapon against Voldy - probably in the pyramids of Egypt where Bill works.. he will take lots of clues from Dumbledore, like whats hidden in that Department of Mysteries vault.

--More lessons in occlumency/legilimency & wandless magic! he must learn the advantages of his "blood ties" with Voldy. it becomes a strength & weakness in both of them.

Just imagine Harry's blood running in Voldy's veins! and his noble servant Pettigrew indebted to Harry - how can Harry lose?!

not to mention Ron, Hermione, Mrs. Weasley, Dumbledore, and many other people willing to die saving him..

I would like to see Harry try to find Sirius in that Arch that he fell into...I agree with whoever said that they declared him dead too quick...I have a feeling that Cho won't last...but I'm wrong...and I think that Ron and Hermione will end up together...but the animagus...maybe Ginny or Neville...just some thoughts.... 🙄

yeah, i hope Harry goes through the veil in the next one, just so we know what happens. if jk rowling doesnt explain the whole veil thing in the next book i am going to be very mad 😠

Yeah...the veil thing needed a ton more explaining....but I would like to see Sirius come back...killing him was just cruel! Why can't Harry have any family...what's that supposed to lead to?

i know it's like first you take his parents, then he was pretty depressed about seeing cedric dying and all that and then sirius dies, it is just cruel
and i really hope that sirius isnt totally gone-i luv him!

some people have said that they thought harry was too moody in ootp (and he shouldnt have yelled at ron and hermione so much cuz they're on his side) but basically i think that harry deserved to be mad cuz so much bad stuff has happened to him and i was like good for him.

I know...and someone said earlier that they didn't like his attitude in #5...but when you lose a parent...Sirius in this case, practically the only parental guide he had...you get pissed...I don't blame him for blowing up in the end of this book...I had a friend tell me that they thought he was whiny....I totally disagree!

i loved harry's attitude in the order of the pheonix. it was like harry could finally stand up for himself in the wizard world. i mean he's been part of it for 5 years now and he should have the right to know things. everyone still treated him like it's his first year in a wizarding world. he's used to it now so he had a right to act the way he did. that's what i think anyways🙄

These are the titles that have been copy righted by Seabottom Productions, but haven't been decided on:

Harry Potter and the Mudblood Revolt
Harry Potter and the Battle for Hogwarts
Harry Potter and the Final Revelation

I don't believe the Mudblood one will be used because of the word being degrading, etc.

I heard the sixth book is going to be released this summer and that she already had the book written. It was on some interview that she went to a file cabinet and grabbed a wicked thick one that was taped saying that it’s already finished. Could be wrong because I’m going on a friend’s word.

I think J.K. will definitely elaborate more on the veil issue because it's not like her to leave something like that unexplained. Maybe when Harry returns to Hogwarts, he'll start to become obsessive in finding out information on the veil. He may also start distancing himself from Ron and Hermione because of what happened in the Ministry.

Harry will probably be made Head Boy because Dumbledore wanted him to be Prefect in the first place, but because of all the problems, he gave it to Ron.

I have no idea who will be the new DADA teacher. It may be someone new because she brought in Umbridge.

As for who Harry will end up with, I believe it will be Hermione. Yes, there is tension between Ron and Hermione, especially about Krum, but in the 5th book when Ron brought him up, it was written, ‘"Ho, ho," Hermione replied in a bored fashion.’ Harry also protected her in the Ministry by grabbing her robe to make her run faster, which Ron didn’t do and from the Imperius Curse. Rita Skeeter and Cho thought there was something more going on between Harry and Hermione. Hermione even told Harry to tell Cho that he thinks she's ugly, but he was quick to respond that she wasn't. Also, J.K. was quoted with saying something about Harry seeing something in a new light. It’s vague and could mean anything.

For argument’s sake, to go along with Ron going to the ‘dark side of the force,’ Harry and Hermione get together. Ron’s already mad that Harry is basically everything he wants to be (i.g. rich, famous, natural at Quidditch, gets the girl, etc.), Draco or some other evil person could persuade him to go against Harry. Never know.

If J.K. said they're not going to be Animagus, then they're not, but if they were, I sincerely doubt that Hermione would be an Otter.

hmmmmm.... i think you have some good points about harry and hermione. but i still think ron and hermione will end up going out in the end. i thought ron was so obviously jealous of hermione in the fourth book about krum and all that. so i think ron definitely likes hermione, whether he has admitted it to himself or not. im not sure if hermione does but i still think they will get together. and yeah, harry pulled on her robes to get her to run faster, but of course he did they're friends.

i also think this because i think harry and ginny will get together though. i have thought this since after the fourth book just cuz i thought they would be really cute together. and after the fifth book i thought she was hinting at it. especially at the end:

"Who's she with now anyway?" Ron asked Hermione, but it was Ginny who answered.
"Micheal Corner," she said.
"Micheal-but-" said Ron, craning around in his seat to stare at her. "But you were going out with him!"
"Not anymore," said Ginny resolutely. "He didnt like Gryffindor beating Ranvenclaw at Quiddditch and got really sulky, so I ditched himadn he ran off to comfort Chor instead." blah, blah
"Well, I always thought he was a bit of an idiot," he said, prodding his queen forward toward Harry's quivering castle. "Good for you. Just choose someone-better-next time."
He cast Harry an oddly furtive look as he said it.

But i think that draco very well might try to get ron to be mad at harry. that would be interesting in the next one

A lot of people like Harry/Ginny

I think Ginny is going to end up with Neville. He asked her to the Yule Ball and he got involved with Umbridge and her squad in order to prevent Ginny from getting in trouble. Also he's changing a lot, IMO he's changing for the better.
