ya i know its weird, coz in slytherin there r no halfbloods but since voldemort was there... god Im not JK and i just dont know!

Hey....i dont noe if it is the rite place to rite it or not, but anyway i will rite it here...While i was readin Chamber of secreats this came accross me...How did Fakwes go to the chamber?...In the book he somehow went....Maybe Dumbelodore knows where the Chamber is...then y didn't he close it before...There is somethin fishy

hmm good piont ,,,

That theory about all the heirs of the houses is really good. Since Tom Riddle was the heir of Slytherin and he didn't have any offspring he is the one true heir of Slytherin. And then the heirs of Gryffindor, Ravenclaw, and Hufflepuff would have to unite again. Now did Salazar Slytherin leave Hogwarts on his own accord or did Godric and the others force him to leave....I'm currently re-reading CoS and looking for clues. So far this is what I have....

**The Dursley's were what wizards called Muggles (not a drop of magical blood in their veins)...**pg. 3--why is this important you ask? Well it brings up the question of Lily's parentage. Lily was not a Dursley, but an Evans, like Petunia Evans (Dursley). Now, was Lily a muggle-born witch or is there some wizard-blood in the Evans family?

**"Hang on--this hasn't got anything to do with Vol--sorry--with You-Know-Who, has it? You could just shake or nod," he added hastily as Dobby's head tilted worryingly close to the wall again.
Slowly Dobby shook his head.
Not--not He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named, sir--"
But Dobby's eyes were wide and he seemed to be trying to give Harry a hint.**pg. 17--So basically Harry asks flat out whether or not this evil plot has anything to do w/ Voldemort and Dobby says no, b/c it's not Voldemort, it's Tom Riddle. Who we all know is the same person, but maybe JKR makes a clear distinction btwn the two. Can we cross Tom Riddle off of the HBP list b/c JKR says it's not Voldemort? I'm not sure...

**"It's the same all over," said Mr. Borgin, in his oily voice. "Wizard blood is counting for less everywhere--"
"Not with me," said Mr. Malfoy, his nostrils flaring.
"No, sir, nor with me, sir," said Mr. Borgin with a deep bow [...]
The moment the door had closed, Mr. Borgin dropped his oily manner.
"Good day yourself, MISTER Malfoy, and if the stories are true , you haven't sold me half of what's hidden in your manor..."**pg. 52-53--For this clue I was looking for a small character, Mr. Borgin, and a conversation about blood. Now it seems to me that Mr. Borgin doesn't really agree w/ Malfoy, but is going along w/ what he says b/c like so many other wizards, he is afraid of Lucius Malfoy. I'm not sure if anyone at Hogwarts has the last name of Borgin, or how old this Borgin fellow is, and maybe it doesn't mean anything (which is very likely) but this passage just struck me.

**Rotten ter the core, the whole family, everyone knows that--no Malfoy's worth listenin' ter--bad blood, that's what it is--come on now--lets get outta here."**pg. 63--This is Hagrid speaking to the Weasley's in the book store. Interesting that the pureblood family would be considered "bad blood." The blood needs to be mixed to strengthen the wizard race. So are half-bloods stronger? I'd say. Why else was Voldemort--the second most powerful wizard ever (after Dumbledore) afraid of the baby half blood, Harry, rather than the baby pure blood, Neville? B/c Voldemort knew that when the babies grew up Harry would be stronger b/c of his blood lines, whereas Neville could never be as great as Harry b/c of the fact that he has all pure blood. This HBP, whoever he is, will be strong.

**"Maybe he's ill!" said Ron hopefully.
"Maybe he's left," said Harry,"because he missed out on the Defense Against the Dark Arts job AGAIN!"**pg. 77-78--Do you think Snape will ever be the DADA teacher, or will he always be Potions? I'm actually kind of hoping he will get his wish and become the DADA teacher, at least in book 7...

**Justin Finch-Fletchley of Hufflepuff is introduced on pg. 93. Since he was petrified later in the book, I'm almost certain he is a muggle-born (mudblood) and not a half blood...not a candidate for HBP...and I don't think he could be the heir of Hufflepuff either...JKR mentions his mom, but no dad. The same w/ Colin Creevey. He was also petrified which leads me to believe that he is a Muggle-born, although JKR merely mentions that his father is a milkman, and no mention of his mother where he is introduced on pg. 96.

**Marcus Flint was even larger than Wood. He had a look of trollish cunning on his face as he replied, "Plenty of room for all of us, Wood."**pg. 110--Maybe he's half troll?! Just kidding...moving on...

**"Mudblood's a really foul name name for someone who is Muggle-born--you know, non-magic parents. There are some wizards--like Malfoy's family--who think they're better than everyone else because they're what people call pure-blood." [...]
"I mean, the rest of us know it doesn't make any difference at all. Look at Neville Longbottom--he's pure-blood and he can hardly stand a cauldron the right way up." [...]
"Dirty blood, see. Common blood. It's ridiculous. Most wizards these days are half-blood anyway. If we hadn't married Muggles we'd've died out."**pg. 115-116--Alright, so we all remember this scene. But I think it warants a closer look, there's a lot of information in it. First of all we get a clear definition of Mudblood--which is someone who is Muggle-born (which we can assume crosses off Justin and Colin from the HBP list b/c they aren't half bloods). We also know that the Malfoy's and the Longbottom's are pure bloods. Then they say that "it doesn't make a difference at all"...is that saying that as far as social class is concerned it doesn't make a difference, or that in ability it doesn't make a difference? B/c if you compare Draco, Ron, and Neville (all purebloods) they are nothing fantastic in the wizarding world. But Harry, who has Muggle blood on his mother's side (we can assume) and Hermione (who is Muggle-born) are both good at magic (or course Hermione is greater)--is that b/c of her blood or b/c of her hard work ethic? Then the kicker--it says that most witches/wizards are half blood...so lets assume that most people (excluding perhaps the Slytherins/Weasleys/and Neville) are half blood/Muggle-born. This gives us a lot of suspects for the HBP...

**Hagrid is half giant--but we find that out in book 5, not 2. But we do find out that Hagrid has a mysterious past. And I think I remember reading something about finding more about Hagrid in book 6...HBP?**pg. 118

More clues later...

my god thats alot of riting

My goodness, that's a great response...

tracygarret> Excellent. You really "read" the book 2. BTW are you J.K.R.? 😄

After tracygarrett writtin i have come to a point...I think all the heir of all four different groups are all half blood....Voldemort heir of Slyderin...Harry heir of Grifindor...and the other two groups will also be half blood...all four of them will be half blood... We will know all four of them (not new characters)... Maybe Dean will be the Heir of the other two groups... How come?... I read an interview with JKR and in it, it was written there will be someone who will change groups... Then who will be recognized as the half blood prince....maybe the HBP who will be the leader of this group... The joint force of the three groups not slytherin... This makes another thing clear...Maybe the HBP will be dumbeldore cause we have no idea of his parents... or maybe the HBP will be a member of the Order...They will gain full control over hogwarts and they will all together kill voldy... I think i read somewhere that someone is goin to die... I have a very good feelin it would be the HBP...This will make all the heirs other than Voldy close together formin love...

And what do u think about my previous message...do u have any idea regardin the previous message of mine...

i dont know cuz its getting all confusing

what do u mean by confusin??

well everybody is saying loads of differnt things so its all getting muddled up in my head ..

i noe...there are many fans with different opinions...

I think it was Harry's loyalty to Dumbledore that called Fawkes to the Chamber. And since Harry got out of the Chamber and could tell everyone where it is I don't think it's that big of a deal that Fawkes went.

By the way, I am not JKR. But that did give me a good chuckle Scar!!!

And Muhibulk08, I think you and I are on the same page about the 4 heirs. And if they were all half blood, they would all be really powerful, right? But which one is the prince? We know it's not Harry...Tom Riddle? Is it too presumptuous to think that JKR would use that twice? Then again, the villain in all the books (except PoA) has been Voldemort...why not again?

Maybe dumbeldore is the HBP

hey...but how did fakwes find the way to the chamber...phonix could have carried dumbeldore there...Dumbeldore knows somethin about the chamber that we dont....

I think the HBP would be the leader of the three heirs...he will be very powerful...Most chances dumbeldore or a member of the order

I keep thinking about how Harry lived w/ his parents in Godric's Hollow...Godric Gryffindor. If you turned that around, it would be that Godric lived in Harry, or Harry is the heir of Godric Gryffindor, and Godric's blood is flowing in Harry.

It would make sense that Dumbledore could possibly the heir of Gryffindor, and therefore be the HBP, and lead the other heirs (and Harry) into battle (possibly along w/ the Order and the DA...Maybe the HBP (Dumbledore) does die. OOOOOOH! What if they have a meeting w/ the Order at Number 12 Grimmauld Place and Dumbledore and Harry have a heart to heart in Sirius' room and Dumbledore picks up Sirius' two-way mirror and takes it, and then Dumbledore is pushed behind the veil too, except he has the mirror and he and Harry can communicate and Harry can talk to Sirius! That would be cool...

By the way, Dumbledore wasn't at the school at that time. Remember, Lucius made all the govenors sign that paper saying that he was an unfit headmaster and he had to leave. And Dumbledore said that help would be granted to those who need it at Hogwarts...so Fawkes was able to help but he couldn't carry Dumbledore down there, b/c he wasn't there...

but before he got suspended he could have stopped it...

and for the heir thingy...i think the heir of gryfindor is harry...and he join forces with the other two heirs...maybe this group is called the hbp(seems stupid), but i think dumbeldore or a member of the order is the HBP...This means they will guide the three heir in the correct path...not make them evil...

The HBP does not need to be a heir...

This is just my theory

yeah, I just don't see how the HBP wouldn't be an heir...

that makes the heir too powerful...i think jkr wants love and friendship so i think she spilts power with everone, the three heirs and the hbp, so they can defeat voldy...i dont think she would want the hbp to be a heir...and if she does she would make a huffepuff or ravenclaw member not a grifindor or ravenclaw member...we know a lot of information about slytherin and grifindor....

what about frienze...he is half blood...half man...half horse...what do u guys think?

I am still with my old messages...i just want ur idea
