Ofcourse, Dr.Emoto's theory does have problems. For example, how
come water crystals respond positively (i.e. by forming tight complex
clusters), to words that happen to be popularly seen as "good", and
respond negatively (i.e. by forming loose clisters, or none at all)?
Aren't these subjective human opinions? For example, if I say a word
that is pronounced "seks", how do the water crystals know whether I
am refering to human procreation, or to the scandanavian word for
"6"?
And the same can be said of music. Bach may indeed sound wonderful
to many people (including myself), but maybe not to an Amazonian
tribes-man.
And what is this about prayers in Japan affecting water in Russia as
water right as water rigth in front of the prayers? That may work on a
religious/supernatural level (I pray for the good health of my cousin in
Russia; my cousin in Russia gets better), but not in a scientific level!
Either the effects fade over distance, or get stronger, but not remain
the same!
Ofcourse, Dr.Emoto ends up by stating that he believes that water
crystals are human souls, with souls being of space origin. That may
solve much of the above problems, but it opens up another set of new
ones.
The bottome line debbiejo ("debbiejo"? "debbiejo"..."debbie jo"...
"debbie"+"jo"...jeez, I only noticed that now?! doh ), maybe
sounds, including human voices, and yes maybe even human emotions,
affects water crystals, but not necessarily in a "positive" or "negative"
way.
And even if they react "positively" tp positive human thoughts and
words, how can that affect the world at large, and what human beings
do, or choose to do, in it? All the nice water crystals in the world won't
stop one mad man from starting invading another country.
