I dunno. No prep favors Tony, because more prep would mean a wicked-cool plan from Doom. IM has a better suit to begin with, so I'll say he wins, but even a little prep or some quick quinking from Doom would be the end of Stark.

With no Prep time its possible Doom could lose this this one.Dooms armor can likely match IM in sheer firepower but IIRC Dooms armor never went over the 10 ton strength range while Tonys armor has always been in the upper rank ranks of heroes strengthwise.If the fight comes down a simple slugfest then Ironman should win

Of course DOOM does not enter barbaric hand 2 hand slugfests for DOOM is above such things much like Yoda
