Doom has done various slugfests like against the Thing, he's a proficient hand to hand fighter.
Tony can be a low level Class 100 Cosmic Cube, around Colossus level, so he's not a great threat to Doom.

He can be higher than Colossus, with a sufficient energy source.

Normal armor IM could compete with Doom. He's just as smart, and his only disadvantage is magic.

That's pretty tough.

Iron Man got beheaded by Thanos' girlfriend.

Iron Man's specialty is weopons systems. He has more "firepower"
than doom, like strength, repulsors, sonics, etc.
Doom's armor is more defensive than offensive, not that he doesn't
have extremely powerful offences, just not his specialty.
In any encounter, Doom is NOT just gonna be defeated.
He's faced Iron Man before and knows what to expect.
Iron Man's armor is more "powerful" in the obvious sense,
but Doom's more resourceful, cunning, preped, magic, etc....
Even Tony said that Doom's on a whole other level as far as
intellect goes.

Is "prep" onesided?....

With "prep" can Iron Man create a plan or build new armor just to take out Doom? It seems when on guy has the edge in a fight the other guy "preps" his way to victory......

Stark Enterprises vs Doom and his country who wins?
Both have 6 months to prep.

Doom may be smarter and has his magic but Iron Man combined with all of Stark Enterprise's resources could dish out SO much HEAVY firepower that I think Doom goes down.....

In a "meet you in 10 minutes at Giants Stadium" type of fight,Iron Man is stronger,faster and has way more firepower.....In this fight Doom gets KOed if not killed!

Iron Man also has had many meeting with "magic" type foes and has won.

doom with 6 months would kick the shit outta iron man. doom is one of the best out there at prep. tony is good but is no doom.
