i went to the movie to be entertained for an hour and a half.... i walked out and havn't thought about the movie much since then.... if you wanted to see some great plot your not going to, its all catch phrases and action. as far as action goes it was some great action.
an expectation is a premeditated resentment... think about it...
THE ACTION WAS GREAT IN THIS MOVIE
I loved it seen it twice already. As for the storyline there was a lot. At least there was a lot four those of us that no all the lines in the other ones and can tell you the story line front to back. I learned a lot it answered many questions for me and made a few new ones
As I have said in many other posts this move was great a 9 (cant give it a ten because it doesn’t come close to being the best movie ever which is T2)
THE ACTION WAS GREAT
As for the T-1000 it cant be in this move. Don’t get me wrong the T1000 was the greatest thing ever but how many advanced prototypes do you think skynet can make…
The actors where good I think. Nick Stahl was a good John Conner (I would have rather seen the original guy but..its still good) I don’t know what you don’t like about Claire Danes she is a great actor..
I saw it, I thought it was ok...
The T-X was not too impressive in my opinion, the T-1000 was a far suppior model, he could withstand alot more punishment, and he seemed smarter, and when he took someone's shape, he could actually act like them! Not like when the T-X was the fiance', she went around with a creepy smile the hole time! And that gave her away too!
And if it had been the T-1000 at the end of the movie, he would have gotten past the terminator, and he would have terminated his targets. 😠 T-1000 was just better than the T-X.
As for the acting, it wasn't that bad... I just liked the T-1000 more than the T-X, that's why I give this movie a 6/10 🙁
i havent seen it yet but i honestly thought the producers would make the next terminator like some nano bot technology, you know like the evil terminator would come back in time and infect humans around with nanites turning them into cyborg/human terminators or something cool like that, but like i said i havent seen the movie yet so i am holding off on my review for you guys heh.
To be honest, I went in with high expectations, and the first time I saw it I was disappointed. I would have told people that in my opinion it misses more than it hits.
I went to see it a second time with a friend of mine, and interestingly enough enjoyed it MUCH more... not sure why, maybe I had the perspective of already thinking the movie was a dissapointment but I was able to see it in a different light and have changed my opinion around completely.
In response to CoCoon's comment, Cameron has put out some great movies but he made his own decision in regards to T3, which has little or nothing to do with whether the Terminator movies continue or not. I'll be the first to say that I wish he would have done T3, but since he didn't that's fine. He's not the only director out there.
Lets not start comparing the Matrix movies to the terminator movies because if there is one movie that should never have had a sequel it is the Matrix. Besides the Praetor sequel it was the worst sequel ever. The first one is my seconded favorite move and the latest Matrix was just stupid
And I have a strange filling the third one is going to be right between the two of them not great but not stupid as hell
