They changed the whole setting. The use of a woman so pretty punked as it didn't have the intimidating factor like the previous ones did. It wasn't what we'd expected as the future was shown in T1. Its like they are planning for T4 but then it would suck like a lemon.

The effects were not new as we'd seen it all before and they should have used an ugly woman like ANN whats her name in 'weakest Link'

Maybe a bodybuilder that was a bit taller than Arnie would have been best in T3 and it could demonstrate more fear that way too.

Yeah, someone bigger than Arnie would have rocked.

It would have actually made it a bit more scary and the audience would be more unexpecting of what was going to happen to the main characters in T3.

But we all knew that they would come out unharmed instead..

Yeah especially since their version of the villain Terminator in T3 wasn't at all threatening to any of the characters in the film.

I kept trying to to tell myself she was scary the first 2 times I saw T3, but it didn't work out and instead I just thought she was hot.

god t3 was pointless, it was too short, and the non arnie terminator was slightly lacking in imagination, not to mention the storyline was rubbish.

T2: 2 hrs. 17 mins.

T3: 1 hrs. 49 mins.

A total of 28 minutes less running time than T2 which is horrible considering most sequels tend to be either longer than the previous film or at least equal in length.
