ROn and Ginny finally managed to Stun Malfoy . They sent Zacharius Smith with him to Dumbledore's office , to report what had happened .The rest of the DA had outshone the Slytherins . Ron , Ginny , Brooke and Semus gently levitated Harry and Hermione . As they were a floor from the Hospital wing , Proffesor McGnagall came up to them . With all of them their , she did not see Harry and Hermione at first . "What are you all doing in the corridors at night ?" she scolded them . Before she could could say anything else , the DA members stepped aside to reveal Harry,Hermione and the Slytherins .Proffesor McGonagall , hurried over to Harry and hermione . " Who did this ? "She demanded , carefully examining Harry and Hermione.
"The Slytherins and Malfoy Professor , " said Ron.
"I'll take over from here , " she said . She conjured two strechers and placed harry and hermione in them . "Could evey one but Mr. and Mrs. Weasley and Mrs. Granger and the Slytherins please return to there dormitaries ," commanded Professor Mcgonagall . When they reached the Hospital wing , Professor Dumbledore ,who looked grave , along with Malfoy who was smirking in a satisfied sort of way and Madame Pomfre were waiting outside . Madame Pompfe immeadiatly put them on beds in the hospital wing . She gave Harry a Pain Ruducing potion , and cleaned his bruises . She looked horrified at the sight of Hermione . She gave her a Blood Replenishing poition , a Pain reducing potion and and dreamless sleep potion .

Professor McGondall turned to the rest of the students in the room after she was sure Harry and Hermione were cared for.
"i need to know the whole story. Mr. Weasley, can you tell me what happened?" She looked straight at Ron.

Ron started to tell how He, and the rest of the DA had been walking down the hall and saw Malfoy and a bunch of other Slyitherans beating up someone. they went over to help, and they saw that it was Harry and Hermione that they were beating. So they quickly stunded Malfoy and started taking them to the Hospital Wing to make sure they were okay.
"Malfoy was punching them? i don't see why he won't just use his wand."
"He was trying to hurt them more, Professor." Ginny spurted out.
"Very well, what do you have to say for yourself Malfoy?" McGondall said, her eyes narrowing.

I was kinda thinking that that while he was with Brooke , He saw Harry , hermione and alot of the Slytherins and knew something was wrong , so he rounded up the DA a quilckly as he could and they found Harry and Hermione.............

" "So thats what you have to say for yourself Mr. Malfoy?" "Yes Professor." Ron and Ginny couldn't believe what they were both hearing. How could Malfoy still say that after what he did to them. Of course what else could they except from Malfoy. He would never regret what he had just done to them. "How could you still say that you ..." Ginny said "Ginny don't!! Even though he deserves it!!!" Said Ron. Ginny was about to raise her wand and jinx Malfoy when Ron stopped her. "Don't sink that low like Malfoy did he isn't worth it McGonagall will take care of him won't you professor?" said Ron

"You can't blame who ever did that to them if they decerved it!!"

Harry could sligtly hear the words coming out of Professor McGondagall's mouth....just two detentions? for useing an unforgiveable curse? Harry had to make sure that he was hearing right...
"Pro...Professor? only two detentions? for using an unforgivable curse?" Harry managed to say before he was interrupted.
"What? an unforgivable curse?" Then McGondall turned to Malfoy, "Did you use an unforgivable curse, Mr. Malfoy?"
Malfoy turned white as he said, "WHy...i would...never...how.."
"There is a way to find out if you did. Hand me your wand, pleese."
Malfoy reahed into his pocket and pulled out a wand. "Here, Professor.."
McGondall took out her own wand and placed it to the tip of Malfoy's wand.
"Hey! that's my wand!" shouted Hermione, who everyone thought was sleeping.
Then McGondall looked at the wand closly..."Yes i do remember you using this wand in my classes. Mr. Malfoy, i said hand me our wand. right now."
"Make sure he gives Harry's wand back as well Professor." Hermione said loudly.
"Yes, give Mr. Potter his wand back as well, Mr. Malfoy."
Malfoy took out the two remaining wands out of his pockets, and haned them both to McGondall.
"This one is yours i think Mr. Potter, is it not?" as McGondall handed over Harry's wand.
"Yes...this is mine..." Harry said.
"Good, now let us see if you did what you were supossed to have done, Mr. Malfoy." Then she raised her wand to Malfoy's and suddenly a small refection of the crucious curse apered out of his wand.
"Well, now i afraid this is out of my hands. Come with me Mr. Malfoy. The rest of you go to your dematories." Then see osored the remaining students out of the Hospital Wing. leaving Harry and Hermione there, thinkng of what was going to happen next.
