you guys did great with the story...sorry I didn't post anything. I was at my cousins house for the night. anyway...I really do think that they should go to trial, but we need to plan it before it gets posted.

have you checked our seventh one...it isn't great...horrible beginning.

Its not a horrible beginning......it could've used some work though .

Harry could sligtly hear the words coming out of Professor McGondagall's mouth....just two detentions? for useing an unforgiveable curse? Harry had to make sure that he was hearing right...
"Pro...Professor? only two detentions? for using an unforgivable curse?" Harry managed to say before he was interrupted.
"What? an unforgivable curse?" Then McGondall turned to Malfoy, "Did you use an unforgivable curse, Mr. Malfoy?"
Malfoy turned white as he said, "WHy...i would...never...how.."
"There is a way to find out if you did. Hand me your wand, pleese."
Malfoy reahed into his pocket and pulled out a wand. "Here, Professor.."
McGondall took out her own wand and placed it to the tip of Malfoy's wand.
"Hey! that's my wand!" shouted Hermione, who everyone thought was sleeping.
Then McGondall looked at the wand closly..."Yes i do remember you using this wand in my classes. Mr. Malfoy, i said hand me our wand. right now."
"Make sure he gives Harry's wand back as well Professor." Hermione said loudly.
"Yes, give Mr. Potter his wand back as well, Mr. Malfoy."
Malfoy took out the two remaining wands out of his pockets, and haned them both to McGondall.
"This one is yours i think Mr. Potter, is it not?" as McGondall handed over Harry's wand.
"Yes...this is mine..." Harry said.
"Good, now let us see if you did what you were supossed to have done, Mr. Malfoy." Then she raised her wand to Malfoy's and suddenly a small refection of the crucious curse apered out of his wand.
"Well, now i afraid this is out of my hands. Come with me Mr. Malfoy. The rest of you go to your dematories." Then see osored the remaining students out of the Hospital Wing. leaving Harry and Hermione there, thinkng of what was going to happen next.

"That is true he should because he deserves it , it's really up to dumbldore." said Hermione. "Are you ok now Hermione?" "Yeah I am just a little tire and still hurt." "Malfoy has to pay for what he did!!!" Said Harry very angry.....
"Where are we going Professor?" "To see professor Dumbldore, he is the one who you will talk to you about what you did."said Professor McGonagall. "Go in Mr. Malfoy." said McGonagall. "Mr. Malfoy, sit down." said Dumbldore. "I'll take it from her professor McGonagall."........

That's all i have, any idea what his punishment should be i will leave that to who ever does.I will help later on in the story. 🙂 sorry it is short.

I never thought someone in my school would do such an unspeakable thing. Do you have anything...anything at all to say in your defense before I tell the Ministry of your actions. And I do warn you Mr. Malfoy, that I can tell through a lie. It will be in your best interest to tell the truth."
Malfoy didn't look to pleased about this at all. Harry knew he was going to try to lie his way out. But you can't lie to Dumbledore, it was indeed unheard of.
"Well Headmaster, I was still angry for Potter putting my father to Azkaban."
"You have every right to be angry, but it was your father who was trying to hurt Potter and his friends. Continue."
"I saw that Mud-" Malfoy started.
"Please refrain from using any foul language in my office." said Dumbledore kindly.
"I saw Granger lying on Potter's shoulder, so I thought it would be fun to show a little revenge."

Hey, i just wanted to ask if HermioneLover14 could press enter inbetween the different ppl talking...i'm sorry but it makes it confusing to have it all bunched up like that. i think i will add some.

"I didn't mean to hurt them too bad....just enough to make them sorry for putting my father in Azkaban." Draco replied, looking guilty.

"But, Professor! I....don't...." Draco started to studder.
"I'm sorry, but you must take resposiblity for your actions." Dunbledore said firmly. Then he walked over to Fawks. Dumbledore wrote a message on a sheet of parchment and gave it to Fawks. "Take this straight to the Minister. I will be awaiting his answer." Then fawks vanished with a spark of fire.
"Please return to your dormitories. I will call you down when my letter is answered, Draco."
"Yes Professor." said Draco quietly. Then he walked out of the room. Harry stayed back for a second to ask Dumbledore something.
"Professor, i was wondering...." Harry started.
"Yes Harry?" Dumbledore said, his eyes lost of the usual twinkle.
"I was wondering if Malfoy would be going on trial, like i did." harry looked up at Dumbledore.
"That, is up to the Ministor of Magic, Harry."
"Yes i know, but he did something very...well...he should have to stay in Azkzaban for the rest of his life. Using an unforgivable curse."
"that will be up to the...."
"Yes i know." Harry interupts. "But there is really nothing to decide, Professor. He used an unforgivable curse, isn't that, you know, unforgivable?!?!" just holding himself back from, once again, throwing Dumbledore's proporty around the office.
"Have you considered that Mr. Malfoy was under the Imperios curse?"
"I...well....i just know he wasn't." Harry almost shouted.
"How do you know this?" Dumbledore asked, looking at Harry.
"Well....i ...don't really have proff, but i just..."
"I think that you want it to have been Mr. Malfoy, because you do not like him."
"Well....i still think that he was acting apon his own will." Harry said.
"Very well. You may go to your doritory now, Harry." Dumbledore said, opening the door.

well it seems like they went to Dumbledore's office....and thet Harry was with them. So i don't think that i did anything wrong 🤨 and if you do...too bad. 😠
