Harry went to bed, still wondering about what Dumbledore and he talked about.
He couldn't have been under the Imperius curse Harry thought to himself. I just know it. But tried as he did, he couldn't figure out a way to find out if he was or not. Sighing, he turned over and tried to get to sleep. But just as he was about to drift off, an idea occured to him.
"I could force Malfoy to drink truth potion!" Harry started to get excited. But then he slumped down again.
I don't know how to make it, He thought with regret.
You could look it up and find out. said the voice in his head.
But i already know that it will take over a month, he argued with himself.
Snape will have some in his office. You could just take some. Harry had trouble seeing a problem with this, but then another thought occured to him.
Snape will be sure to notice if any is missing.
Oh, but your wrong. Remember in 5th year, when Umbridge was commanding Snape to make more truth potion, he told her that only a few drops would be nesisary(sp). Now Harry was convinced. Thinking about when best to take some of the potion, he drifted off to sleep.

we're going to do the trial scene after Harry uses the truth potion on Draco. Then it will be after the trial when Hermione tells them all about it, since she was there as a witness. Cause they wouldn't call Harry in cause they would think that Harry is just out to get Malfoy. Someone will be writing it in another day or so(got to figure it all out!)
Harry woke the next day feeling refreshed and confident that everything was going to go perfectly. Sitting up in bed, he picked up his glasses and put them on. Ron was still asleep, so Harry quietly got dressed and headed down to the Great Hall. After poring a mug of coffee, Hermione and Ron took a seat and joined him.
"I can't believe I'm going to miss a whole day of classes tomorrow!" Hermione said, rather depressed.
"Well if that's what it takes to put Malfoy where he belongs, then that is exactly what you've got to do." Ron said before shoveling bacon into his mouth. Harry only half listened to Hermione complain about all the extra work she'll have to make up. He was consentrating on when the perfect moment would be to slip some potion to Malfoy. He could slip it to him during lunch, but then how could he? Not with all his Slytherian friends standing guard. But he didn't have much more time to think about that, because he noticed that he was already late for his first class, so he gulped down his coffee and sprinted out of the Great Hall.
