Newbies Vs. Kmc Forums

HUH. I dind't say one of them. I said THE. probably the only.
And back on topic (I don't really know what it is, but it's one of the more serious ones we were on) I don't think it's 100% the unsalties' falt that they make stupid threads. I mean, a lot of the more salty members hype up a certain guy, say... Spiderman... to such a huge etent that anyone would think of him as all powerful. And we really look like a bunch of comic masters, so for a guy who's not acquainted to our WAYS (lol), it's not easy to tell who's just being/is a dumbass. See what I mean?

LoD makes a decent point. We're all fanboys to some extent, and there's definitely a method to many of our discussions that takes a little while to learn, and so to the uninitiated it's hard to just jump in to this forum and not look like a bit of a dumbass. I know I did a few times (and still do every now and then...lol).

That said, there's obvious displays of stupidity that go beyond being uninitiated....that's what we're dealing with here. Sometimes it's hard to tell if a "Surfer vs. Wolverine" thread is just someone being a dumbass or someone who just doesn't know. Those are hard to weed out. But the obvious ones (and they know who they are, so we needn't resort to name calling) who are just looking to be annoying are the bigger problem.

I still say we have them take a quiz on power levels, and if they don't pass they don't post 😄

lod just to clear things up yes, i am the biggest storm fanboy on these forums but i am willing to say she will lose. and i didn't create the storm VS doom thread countquan cerated that i just posted in it

hahaha...I don't think anyone was pointing you out stormfront, but it's good that you can admit your fanboy-ness. I can't be trusted on any Tick or Spider-Man thread for the same reason.

And besides...if we weren't fanboys for somebody, where would the fun be?? 😄

stormfront, I'm still recovering from the shock of hearing that you've created 98 threads in 2 or so months. That's impressive, in some form of the word at least.

I myself have made...3? Only one in the Vs. Forum, and I've been here ... 4 months or so? I'm bad with numbers above 2 if you can't tell.

Anyways, my point is, what makes the "salted" members "salted"? I know I'm not like some real big time senior member or anything, but it seems like I've been here longer than half the people who post. I don't feel any saltier. I don't look any saltier. Not sure if I taste any saltier.... Anyways, what's your guys' take on the "salted" question?

i don't even know what salted is and i don't know how i made so many threads either. lol but most were in the x-men forum, a few in the music, a few in the comic movie forum and a few here.

I might... I made it up to replace 'nnewbies', which Paola said was insalting (pun lol) and I totally agree. Pay attenion!! Kind of funny because once you become experienced at something enough to become competent, halo, paintball, whatever, you are seasoned.
