Thanks BF, I wasn't sure if people were going to berate me for my ignorance 😮 Religion has never been a great part of my life, although I am culturally inclined 😄

Nah, people who know less about religion are usually better people. People who know too much tend to be cocky and annoying - "I know more about the invisible man in the sky then you do"

dude, so you worship george carlin?😛

he's a funny guy.

Never really knew who The Pope was...

It's sad to hear... cry

Brush the dust off it's dawn again my friend. Next time you'll get it, next time you'll make amends....

😂

That's so true! They're usually (and I'm generalising 😮 ) extremely patronising and seem to have a complex, of what I can't fathom 🙄 I consider myself very open minded and love to listen to people's points of view and personal takes on life and faith, but I canot endure having it rammed down my throat 😬

Yep, these are the same people who think of themselves as philosophers because they have read a few writings from plato and took philosophy 101 in junior college.

I know a few christians, they all try to shove thier religion down my throat.

That's when I take out my gun and yell "Back off!" 2guns

Any religion that does not believe in ghosts or the supernatural, I don't want to be a part of.

Yes, totally. To be truly enlightened you have to learn to listen to and appreciate differing opinions. Simple really 😬

To be enligthened you have to not worry about being enlightened.

No offense to anybody, but:
THANK GOD!
The poor Man could barely even move a muscle in his body, not even mentioning that he was probably completely senile....
I'm not glad the Man died because he was a Catholic, no. I'm glad he's dead because of all the pain he must have been feeling in his body for the past 10 years.....it's over for him.

This is the sadest day of my life, pope died 2day

True. TOO true 😄

I feel we have reached a state of nirvana together, I'm quite moved.

Indeedy doo.

Has he actually died? is he dead? cry

Yes.

He was more open minded than any other religious figure I've seen. I always admired him for that.
