Doomsday has no brain.

Oh, what sad. This little idiot will ignore me, i dont know if i could post more here. 😂

I tell you a secret, i dont need to push any bottom to ignore you.

And for the others, lets see, exactly the question of the thread is about people who has beat doom in the past or about people who we think that they could win against doom with preparation time. And another question, the guys who fight doom has preparation time or not?

Because , actually, in my list , all those heroes has beat doom in the past. I laugh when people post the is a shit or an ass list, what a great knowlegde of comics they have. Fantastic four beat him individually and as a group, same with a lot of avengers, same with spidey or devil or x men, etc. And about the villains of the list, i think that those people could beat doom with preparation time too, goblin and ock are scientists too and could plain a good battle against doom with enough preparation time, electro in full power is really a hard match for anybody, red skull is a planmaster, loki is a semigod, juggernautt is a nature force who could beat almost anything, magneto is most powerful mutant on earth, etc.

But ok, lets forget that they are comics and the good guys always win. Lets imagine that is in a real world and the villains could win, and doom could win. So, this list would be totally different, doom with preparation time is really dangerous. I think that those people could beat him, as doom could beat them too:

DC:
Batman
Green lantern
Martian manhunter
Lobo
Chazam
Wonder woman
Darkseid
Mr mxpzx
Doomsday
Brainiac
Lex luthor

Marvel:
The hulk
Thor
Iron man
Fantastic four
X men
Doctor strange
Hank Pym
Black panther
Beast
Ultron
Magneto
Loki
Sorccesres
Scarlet witch
Red skull
Mandarin
Professor x
Mister fantastic only
Invisible girl only
Thing only
Ahnillus
Kang
Sandman
Absorbing man
Hydroman
Doctor octopus
Green goblin
The leader
Apochalypse
Mr sinister
Maybe i could forget someone more, and excuse for the grammar of some names. And all of that assuming that the other part have enough preparation time too.

Another question, is darkseid considered a cosmic being? Because yes, i erase him of the list. And gods or semi gods are considered cosmics? Because of that, i add odin, zeus and valkiria.

Is Mr. Mxpzx supposed to be Mr. Mxyzptlk? If so, he'd be cosmic. All the gods would be cosmic too. Basically it's which heroes at or below Thor/Hulk level could take prep-time Doom.

Yeah, mr mxyzptlk. Is a hard name to write, and well, if he is cosmic i will erase him of my list, same with thor or loki, because he is a god. Is mephisto considered cosmic? because if not, i will add him to my list.

I'm sorry baker, did you say something? You need to speak up.

I've had a change of heart this week...I'm going to do you a favour and take you off my ignore list...only cause you provide some of the best comic relief on the board. Your vacuous commentary coupled with your utter lack of knowledge and immature behaviour is some of the best shit I've ever seen...not to mention your inherent inability to construct even the most basic of logical, and coherent arguments, makes you too funny to ignore...I am probably depriving myself of a lot of laughs.

So...

-ignore.

Congrats, I now place you in a category with some of our more intellectually elite...CountQuan and Tormentor2004.

😆 LOL ! !!

aaah, i love this forum ..

Howard the Duck!!

Who's the guy with the awesome tophat sig?

Swanky-Tuna i think

This has been an enjoyable thread to read. Alpha is not a bad guy, he is actually pretty smart, although he did enter this thread with personal issues that through me for a loop. baker, uhmm maybe you should consider what happens in the real world moreso comics since the forum is based on metahumans going after each other without too much regard for good and evil.... Anyway back to the question at hand I am a big fan of the regular guy in a suit of armor. My favorites or batman, doom, steel, ironman. I even look at their potential for greatness in that order. Yeah, i know you going to argue against batman and steel being in that list but I can defend them both. I know their suit specs. Anyway, I have to agree with alpha with prep time there isn't many who can take doom. It isn't that prep time makes one god-like, its just that prep time can allude to human's full possibility. For instance we all know that spiderman could kick our collective arses. Even those of us on this forum trained in the martial arts would realize that discretion is the better part of valor. I think that's how that saying goes. But given prep time we could think of a plan to kill the webslinger if we wish too. We know all his weaknesses and his strength. Know thyself and know thine enemy is all we trully need to win any battle. Ok maybe those of us who I.Q. is around 140 would have an easier time at it. But I believe that even at 70 and years of prep time Forrest Gump could get it done. It would probably involve box of chocolates and some running but even he may suprise you. P.S. doom can kill doomsday.

Doom could easily take Doomsday if he had prep.

And he could take him again and again - he'd kill/disable him in a different way each time.

Superman only lost that fight because they needed to sell comic books! Doomsday is a badly thought out Hulk-ripoff. He's not as powerful as the Hulk and Superman was fighting at nowhere near his potential.

But he had to die, as that was the point of the issue...

Anyway, topic:

I think Hulk, Flash and Thor could take Doom.

I think Supes' KNite weakness would be too easily exploited by Doom.

Doom can switch minds. Let's not forget about his magical skills either. but the mindswitch is the ultimate sacrifice move. He can clone his original body and either approach doomsday with or without his armor and switch minds. Trapping doomsday's mind in a human shell forever. What he did then would be up to him. He could stick the body in a containment field send him to another dimension. He could do so many things. He could then take the body as his own or put it in stasis and enter his clone body or real body (doesn't matter depends on which one he used to trap doomsday). And use the body like a suit of armor anytime a 70 class or above superhero came around.

Didn't Thing defeate and almost killed Dr. Doom once before by himself.

Cytorrak versus Onslaught.
Check it out, man.

😎

BTw. Doom wins.

A well prepared Doom is not infallable, just ask Reed Richards. Doom remain's one of my favorite villains though. It's telling that nowadays, you see him teaming up with heroes more often than battling them. As for a walk in and win? Pip the Troll. He could just pop in, grab Doom, and drop him in a bar on some other plane of existance.

Consequently, Doom would probably first conquer that bar...followed by the rest of that plane of existence.

Well it would take a team effort to take Doom out.
