The scary thing is... in the later series, like post 97... they probably could...

I used to have a link for the Japanese version. Gonna find it for you. The series has been pretty cool so far except for a few disappointments(Terry beatin Sagat, Choi beating Vega). It's had it's good parts(Geese finally beating the shit outta Terry, Kyo putting up a much better fight against Geese than Terry did, Geese acknowledging Kyo was a lil' better than Terry, Ken's origin story had him destroying a small mountain w/his bare, bloody hands as a kid & Genjuro tellin ripoff he was not only unworthy of killing, but he wasn't even worth drawing a sword for 'cuz he was so lowly. That was the best part cuz it showed that me & 'juro both see ripoff for what he is.) .

DURING THOSE 10 DAYS, OTHER THAN A BRIEF REST, HE POUNDED ON THE ROCK FACE. HIS HANDS & FEET NEVER STOPPED BLEEDING. YET, KEN NEVER GAVE UP & CONTINUED TO POUND AWAY. 10 DAYS LATER...WHEN GOUKEN & RYU CAME BACK...THERE WAS NO MOUNTAIN.

It's just funny, because you never answered my question...where are you super elite players that you've been hissing about? Again, POST them up, heck, I hate online and I'll get on Kaillera just to OCV everyone of them for your sake. So again, post it up and let's see who these "No-Name Super Elite" players you speak of.

Lol, please don't make me repost your quotes of saying "Ken is more talented then Ryu." comments again. Ken does "not" equal Ryu, maybe I should call you a Ken biased fanboy, "if" Ken equalled Ryu, then Ken's abilities in chi-controlling, and also fighting would "rival" that of Ryu's right?

Yet, Ken would not stand a hair's chance up against the likes of characters like Sagat, or Gouki if Ken where to actually confront them, while someone like Ryu would.

The ONLY reason why Ken fights Ryu well is because they have been fighting each other for 209348092384092384009234 years (Yet even then it's still Ryu>Ken). Ken on his own in comparison to other SF characters, is NOT, I repeat, NOT on the same lvl as Ryu.

Remember to read this...

Just because Ken fights reasonably well, or better then other fighters against Ryu, due to the mere fact that Ken has arguably the greatest amount of knowledge on Ryu does not mean on any remote notion that Ken is more "gifted" then Ryu is, or on equal terms. Seriously...name me another character in the SF World that Ken has fought in which would rival up to the opponents Ryu has fought, and received the nod of approval?

That's like saying that Jr. Lime was as gifted of a player as Nin was back in Tekken 4 when Lime could counter Nin's Steve with his Jin, even though Nin overall has dominated the scene more. It's been shown, proven, SNH-Ryu has greater abilities then Violent Ken, however it's hopeless to try and continue when people don't want to except this, even though Capcom themselves and the SF competition world has proven Ryu>Ken overall.
