Sigh. I was saying that you do not decide if you are considered a weak link. You basically are a weak link if you are not one of the 3 strong links. Players become strong links because they have receive more points that the other players. You gain points by posting counter arguements. I was just stating this, because it seemed like you were confused about the whole weak/strong link system.

The rioters are handled. Nightcrawler has an illusion inducer which Beast invented that can make him appear as a normal human. Beast helps him modify the image inducer so he appears to be Captain America, the beloved American Hero that the nation admires. Logan, Black Cat and Nightcrawler as Captain America calm the rioters (since the rioters respect Captain America's authority and he is a legend and national icon, Black Cat is an attractive woman, and Logan appears normal), and then the crowds disperse. Beast can stay in the open since he's a public figure and former Avenger.
Lady Deathstrike should just stay out of the way, her cybernetic appearance might scare people.

Also, even if they could do that, the image thing doesn't make him sound like captain america, and the crowd would know its just some wannabe. Also, how many people would go. Hey! There's Captain America. Lets all stop what we are doing and just look at him, and follow him blindly. They would think he's just some joke, so silly guy in a costume.

Beast wouldn't need spare parts. The illusion inducer Nightcrawler has (well, it's more like a device that creates an illusion around him and allows him to appear as a normal person to the public) can be modified to change the appearance/image Kurt will take. Beast is the one that invented it. All he'd have to do is adjust the image the inducer creates from being that of a normal person to that of Captain America, and considering that Cap is a public figure and Beast is a former Avenger, mimicking the image of Captain America's likeness would be easy.
As for Nightcrawler talking in Cap's voice, Cap doesn't really need to speak, he just needs to show his face and wave to the crowd. Logan, Hank and Cat can do the talking. Cap just needs to look stern and imposing so the masses respect his authority. And if you've read Avenger comics, you'd know that Cap is more than some silly guy in a costume to the public. He's a national icon and hero and does command a large amount of respect. He's the Leader of a Super Hero group that protects the entire Planet. His presence would help alleviate the uproar and restore a bit of order.
And Lady Deathstrike can call in the Police for assistance as well. I'm sure there are pay phones.
