Well, seeing as the normal "rowdy" rioter riots in the first place means he has a strong personality, more and more chance he doesnt have a docile mind, he will certianly fight back and then....riot more, kill babies and ect.

Psylock isnt near as powerful as prof, also, like in the past, wolvie flips when you try to read his mind, especially if you dont ask.
Prof in the past has tired scanning wolvie without asking and nearly got stabbed, wolvie was pissed!
