Rogue would then have DS' pre-cog and healing and immortality, wolverines healing, Batmans and Black Panthers fighting styles and intelligence, spiderwomans telepathy and other powers, Nightcrawlers teleportation, Beasts class 40 strength, Black Cats ability to project bad luck, and midnighters speed and ability to become basically invisible by clouding minds.

I come into the cage armed with my sai and shuriken. Once the cage doors close I toss a volley of shuriken at the old, cancer ridden Black Canary*; a shadow of her former self, but still game. I feel sorry for her and finish her quick with a sai to the throat. I hold her as the life drains out of her and apologize for the betrayal of her daughter for placing her in harms way in her condition, and I say that she was an honorable warrior in life and will have a place befitting a hero in the after life. Then I cross her arms on her chest and Spectre comes and carries her away; again.
(* - It was stipulated that it is the LATEST incarnation of a lover/relative, and due to Canary being dead, her latest living incarnation was that of a bed ridden women with cancer from her exposure to the same radiation that had killed her husband Larry Lance in the JSA's battle with Aquarius.

i'm dazzler. and i think my team wins if we act quick enough. huntress won't be much of a problem but if we both blast emma frost right away she can be taken out. a venom blast and one of dazzzlers lasers will be more than enough to take out emma.

The only substitution that has been approved by Lady is for Max the attack dog because you guys conjured up a non existent clone of Canary's dead mom to enter the fight; the rest of your team has already been submitted. We can't go and change our entire rosters to more powerful characters simply because they weren't thought of initially. We haven't substituted anyone on our team other than the dog.
The teams and battles are already set.
You have Emma; Cyclop's girlfriend.
Not Cable; his son.
Not Havok; his brother.
To be honest, considering her comp, White Queen should be enough.
And as for Storm Vs. Cap, all Storm needs to do is pin him to the wall of the cage with gail force winds (which would also make it extremely hard to throw his shield accurately, if at all) and then fry him with lightning, or send chain lightning throughout the interior of the cage. Cap doesn't have much maneuvering room in a cage match, he'd catch at least one bolt and he's standing inside of a giant metal conductor. There's only so much Cap can do given the circumstances.
