The thing with Storm is that she cannot create anything that cannot normally occur in nature. At her disposal, she wields the most powerful naturally-occurring hurricanes and lighting and etc., etc. But she cannot exceed what the Earth cannot do. Don't get me wrong, that's still hella powerful.
And to my knowledge...doesn't Electro fly? And if not, he can still boost his own abilities to take Storm out quickly.

I am aware of that. But Storm has the entire earth since she draws bth spiritual and material sustenance from that.

Storm has too many ways that she could win . remember she has complete control over the weather . and all that that entails. think about it . she couls make a vacume and knock Electro out, she could freeze or fry him (he has no resistance to temputure extremes), she could whip the desert sand up in hurricane like winds and strip the flesh off his bones, and theres yet still other things she could do.

Heck heres something that I doubt he could even get through. With just a thought, Storm could raise the pressure inside of his body thus causing him to explode in a metter of second. I doubt he could even use his powers while he's being crushed to death.

Electromagnetic isn't an energy type. And electromagnetic spectrum consists a lot more then just electricity...

Yes, but there is not such type as "electromagnetic energy". What consists of electromagnetic spectrum consists of radio waves, microwaves, terahertz radiation, infrared radiation, visible radiation (on other words, light), ultraviolet light, x-rays, and gamma rays. Storm on that scan just seems to use positive lightning discharge on the suit, which can cause an Electromagnetic pulse. She does not have control of the entire electromagnetic spectrum.

I have collected lot of examples, you see them in tourney, but he, for an example, made an electromagnetic pulse that disabled everything electrical on planet from space. Looks like he used the EM radiation that is in space. Also, in order to to control EM, you need to possess control of electrical and magnetic fields, and Magneto controls them both perfectly.
