You'd be hard pressed to find anyone who tags Flashes as many times as Slade has, outside of their rogues I mean(which, IMO, is essentially a neccessary PIS).
As far as just reflexes, IDK, but spidey is altogether far more agile, and his spidey-sense is closer to pre-cog than Slade's methods of detection.

*sigh* Of all things, at least don't equate Cap's reflexes to Slade's.
What exactly makes their reflexes equal? No one who has ever said so has ever been able to show me anything equal to the several comic-displayed statements which say Slade's reflexes are instantaneous, or any other instances(like with WW, Marvel boy, or the flashes) I may present.
Of course they are all PIS and/or hyperbole though....
