All Of Star Trek Vs All Of Star Wars

Star Trek ships easily outrace Supernova's. It's been seen several times during the seasons. Those don't matter, Warp 1 gets any Vessel to safety.

I can understand Force Storm as being dangerous. However, ships in Star Trek can fight while at speeds up to Warp 9.99. There is no sensor that can track Star Trek vessels going at these speeds. Not only that, but a constitution class starship can fire from more than twice the distance of that of an Imperial Star Destroyer. It has been calculated that at full impulse it would take a mere second to travel from the Earth to the Moon. (That is frickin' moving compared to any Star Wars craft I've seen.)

Double post I know, but I had to point out (and correct me if I'm wrong in either post):

1 second to travel to the moon (250 000 miles I believe) is super. Now compare it to traveling the length of a 100 000 light-year long galaxy in less than a day. In terms of speed, Star Trek is outmatched. They take years to explore one sector of one quadrant (or something to that extent) of the galaxy, and that's WITH the occasional help of a technologically superior race or a divine being.

And no fight is won by running away, it's been generally agreed to that Federation ships don't stand a chance against Imperials or their inferior ilk.

I think the real threat would be any number of ships that exist outside time and has a weapon that erases its target from time.

As far as I know, it's only one, but there's too much Star Trek for me to follow.

Normal federation ships are not faster but the use of transwarp drives conduits etc "used by the borg and occasionally stolen and used by federation" make travel way faster than hyperdrives...

Please state your reasons for this. (And no, I will not go back and read every post written on this thread.)
good. I am on your side in that topic.

Star wars is far more epic, featuring brother on brother and dad on son fights. It also has the lightsaber, which almost the incarnation of passionate combat. Not to mention kickbutt graphix and duels.

Star trek is a cold intellectual show filled with pollitical points. The most passionate combat thingy i have ever seen in star trek is "the wrath of khan" and it pales in comparison to anakin vs obi-wan. The newer ones have ok graphics, but nothing like star wars.

star trek is so corny that i woulnt even put in salad

STARWARS KICKS A$$ woooohooooo

janus? no frakkin way...lol...janus still lives?..lol

somewhere. He was on like a month aggo is when i last saw him.

Even though they don't have Q the Star Trek Universe still have the Douwd. They could say...wipe out the entire Jedi Order or all the Hutts or whatever...pretty powerful.

So in terms of species- Star Trek has the more powerful species- Q being the obvious example or the Douwd if your excluding him.

I would say Star Wars has better equipment though...however do they have transporters?

Don't think so, but I still can't see how that would help Star Trek.

it would provide quick geurilla strikes and fast troop movement. That is how.

Ultimately, its up to the Douwd or the Q...they are unbeatable.

Yeah. Still won't do anything that'll actually help.

Guerrilla attacks are usually very effective actually...

Imagine an army of borg...say 800 teleported onto the bridge of a Star Destroyer...something tells me...they would overcome the bridge crew and then the ship...
