erm. according to that, there is another KOTOR!

KOTOR is in the continuity without doubt. as for KOTOR 3...I think people're expecting a bit much...this Revan/Exile stuff, programming...four or so possible paths neverminding gender stuff and who survived....that's gonna take a helluvalot of programming.

Thats going to take completely different games, it would be best if they just said "this happened, period." and then move on from that instead of letting the people choose. If there isn't going to be a noticable difference between Revan and or the Exile going dark or light or their friends surviving or not it doesn't really matter anyways, if they go out and say "this happened" at least things will be clear and they might make the game better.

Obsidian, Bioware whoever will probably end up allowing us to create a new character that'll turn out to be all knwoing, all powerful like there sucessors. I'd rather this wasn't the case, but its one of the main traits (or flaws as I see it) with the KOTOR franchise...

However I have to say a notion of you being a Jedi Apprentice at the hidden Jedi enclave on Telos, run by the Handmaiden of course is appealing.

Btw I've just began playing through KOTOR 2 as a female character and I have to say, it's much more interesting despite the sincere lack of testosterone. However it does emphasise how many bleedin' women are in KOTOR 2.

Its been confirmed? Since when? And where? Bioware has said they would like the Dark Side more and in Kotor II revan is still sometimes Dark even when you choose the lightside option.

Leland Chee confirmed that Revan was a lightsider. It should be under the wikicities Revan entry as a link...and in KOTOR 2, Revan sometimes dark? Never happened to me there...there were some gender errors but never something as grave as screwing up the storyline like that...when the heck was he dark during a lightside chosen thing?

They called him Darth Revan a few times...

and unless I missed something I haven't read the entire article, they just say they think he's going to be light because thats what ussually happens nothing else, and even then Wikipedia is unreliable about specifics like that at best.

Wasn't that in reference to who he formerly was? I don't think that's a Darkside thing. Wikicities posted the link to the LFL stance on KOTOR and Leland Chee confirmed it as lightside...he said the Exile'll probably be lightside as well

That's definitely not a clear thing on whether he's light or dark.
I'll see if I can find a link. Traya on this forum knows what I'm talking about though. Wikicities probably won't be good enough and the original thread seems a 'bad request'

If Im not mistaken Revan is confirmed as LS on SW.com...I'll go check.

LucasArts confirmed that the lightside ending is canon...but then Revan does eventually fall back to the dark side etc. and buggers off for the unknown regions.
