tmac, stop being gay, just look up the files on ur game. The only people with access to the game files were the OFFICIAL DEVELOPERS.
if the files are on the disk, then they are official, end of story. Whether you agree with the story line is irrevalent. The fact is they exist, and when the restoration mod comes out, the tru story line will be played out. The one that Obsidian was supposed to make, but couldnt because of lack of funding
calling some one nerd boy when you yourself are in a StarWars Forum?? lol but anyway, he is right, i think KOTOR 2's greatest downfall was its bad/unfinished storyline, and i am betting that Team Gizka will be done with the mod somewhat around the time KOTOR 3 comes out, and when the mod comes out, it will most likely be free and it will be released over KOTOR 2 Updater
uhhmmm... i am not quite sure, but i have a feeling that you will probably need a special app, but i am pretty sure its safe to put it in ur pc, as that is the most probable way they accessed the files... but i am also in the belief that a majority of the files are on the PC cd, and can only be accessed if you have KOTOR2 installed... but then again, dont trust me, find out for urself, that is good advice
..ummm okay, i do not currently have KOTOR 2 installed, and i cannot access the files on the CD in the data .cab s so, that means that all the files must be on the Program Files on KOTOR 2!! and i am not really sure about KOTOR 2 XBOX, you *might* be able to Explore it while its in the drive................ hmmm.... i really dont know
yah... i expected that we would need a special proggie, im not sure what will work... but anyway, back to the subject of this Post, i think that KOTOR 3 should start off where you are a Republic Soldier, the only that survived a crash of an imperial ship onto the Rakata world, there you slowly learn about the galactic events and you learn about how revan manipulated a jedi (the exile) into killing the sith lords of the galaxy for him, and from this you either decide to follow or kill Revan as he heads his coming back into this galaxy towing behind him either the Ancient Sith he now controls, or the Ebon Hawk... im not sure where it would go from there, but it might also be cool for it to start on coruscant
Maybe you could be an apprentice on Coruscant in like a new jedi academy and Batistla and carth from the republic send you to find revan and the exile and you go through few different planet looking for them (finding new companions), but once you have found them you can join them and fight the true sith or turn on the academy and destroy the Jedi and maeby the republic. Then you turn on Revan and the Exile and kill them
