I would like it to be after Revan and Exile defeated the Sith in the unknown regions and you play a student of Revan at the Jedi Academy.
It would also be good if the story wasn't, about saving the galaxy, but sorte like ordinary day to day Jedi life, like negotiating peace with your master and something goes wrong, like the assassination on the official representatives and you still have Dark side, Light side choices, like you help the one who wore plotting the assassination, or the good guys, something like that.
I think that it needs to be much different... becuz it will be almost impossible to know what "Cannonically" happened in KOTOR2... becuz no one but the exile really witnessed the death of the Sith Lords... and all that stuff, so basically it means you are either going to be trained by one of the Exile's or Revan's companions, OR you will be in the outer rim either accidentally or purposely finding Revan BECAUSE unless you don't know about it and you find revan and the exile, or you meet his companions, you won't know the story of the past games, which is essential to the story, eh?

It would be great if you could as new character and get Revan and Exile in your character selection, like you get them as the story progresses, like you got Juhani on Dantoine, or Jole on Kashyk and then talk to them talk to them and gain influence, based on your decisions, to tell you more about the story.

Revan and Exile can't really be part of you party, they make it quite clear in KOTOR 1 and 2 that they were "born leaders and that they have a certain thing that makes people follow them blindly"

More about the war and about the experience in the unknown regions and they are advice like what to do and you have to chose which advice to follow and gain influence from the one you chose to listen, or no one, like with Krea, but this time you have 2 masters fighting for your allegiance.

I dont think thats gonna be possible because, YOU, the main character, is always going to be the most powerful character in your party. Plus, you cant make the Exile and Revan secondary characters and get them a voice... wouldnt you feel wierd Revan and the Exile talking to you in the game after all the absolute silence in the kotor1 and kotor2 games?

Now people! These are all acceptable ideas! But remember... There is a very high chance that you either play as revan or the jedi exile. Just as, they would have to give them voices and for the jedi exile a gender and appearance. Btw on wookie pedia, it says that the jedi exile is a female?
Anyway not being sad! but if they do make a cannon appearance for the "jedi exile" hopefully its the chick with the blonde hair thats like loose. But lol anyway back to my point!!!

And guys kotor 2 pissed me off about the ending too so don't worry!
but what i would like to happen! Is that when you start the game...etc... get passed the whole words flying on the classic angle, etc. We have this movie of the jedi exile (this is if we play as the jedi exile) arriving in a republic cruiser. ship thingy!. And then you have atton... carth.. both maybe... And some female character. (I personally loved visas. I mean she sucked in the game but I mean kelly hu's voice, and her appearance put chills down my spine, I LOVED IT! lol but I know I know hand maiden was awesome too, but i mean come on short white hair?)
Anyway you then see your character (jedi exile, with of course your very own custom appearance =) ) having a dream thing, sort've like KotOR I, but insted its like of what happend after you left malachor V. And you go on the ship and you drop visas off or whatever! I again personally would love it you walk with visas on her planet and then have a decision to take her with you again. Anyway again lol. You then talk with atton etc... and you know how you can make atton a jedi? well in this he's a jedi! Interesting indeed... You talk to all of your crew. You see mandalore go to dxun. You see bao-dur go to telos to help with the restoration project. You dont have goto as i believed he was blown up by hk-47 🙂 You also see Hand Maiden and Michel in the jedi temple on coruscant, and you see them train and etc... sounds like a thing you'd play eye of the tiger too. Okay yeah after that you see your character assembling a crew etc.
Okay that's all i've pulled out of my very creative ass right now!
Okay let us talk about this for atleast 1-2 pages?

w/e you can talk about it if you want. All I'm gonna say I really don't want to see Mandalore again. I WANA SEE CANDEROUS!! He was so much better in the first one and was so bad ass. I loved it!
Oh and I just realized that in your sig, Andy, you have "Through victory I shall find my path." But in the game as well as several other sites, its "Through victory, my chains are broken." Just wanted to tell you that =D
Oh and on Wikipedia, I got a timeline for pretty much everything sith. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sith If this is true, I didn't know that Peragus was just 1 year after the destruction of Katarr. That's kinda odd because Visas was already that corrupt in just 1 years time.
What they should do in k3 is make it like at least a 100 hr long game like Oblivion is and make it highly replayable. And probably more open ended than it is right now. Because the worlds themselves seem awfully linear although there are occasionally other ways to go. Like you can pick light or dark and what order you do things in. So I just want them to open it up more.
Oh and I was just lookin through some important worlds in SW and I think we should go to Mon Calamari, the planet of both the Mon Calamari (don't know who these are) who live on the planet's surface, and the Quarren who live below the oceans.
