The given name is this: VICARIVS FILII DEI.
We don't read the name as 6-100-AR-4-S ... etc. It's nonsense. There's no such number in Roman Numerals as VICARIVS FILII DEI to isolate "-IVS" and count it as 4.
We read it as VICARIVS FILII DEI as a whole. Simply because it's a name. Not a numeral number.
We are not suggesting here the algebraic notation of Roman Numerals... but translating the ordinal equivalent of the name with respect to the roman numeral equivalent of each given letter. We are not adding the letters. That's why, I+V or V+I is not applicable here. It is suggested to translate first. Right?
