just delete all the threds that havnt been posted on for something like over 3 days, and also the threds that have been around for more than....a week and havnt gotten miore than 50 posts or something.

Come on guys, the G Club has gotta be one of the stupidest threads ever to enter the OTF, it's all role play ffs!!

But, it lives, as do most of the ridiculous threads. I say keep it the way it is, obviously close the insulting threads, and ofc the threads that are simply there for ego-boosting.......

F.uck it, I reckon the OTF won't be the OTF if the Mods start 'clearing' it up...... that would kinda ruin the whole point of it......

Close the crap! Close all the crap...and copy cat threads....its getting rediculus.

I must just point out one thing, who's to say that a thread is 'utter crap', the creator may have some point to make that is very well hidden, and then it gets closed coz a Mod doesn't quite understand it, that doesn't seem fair to me ❌

The whole point of this Forum is for people to have their say, however meaningless it may seem to one person, it may just strike a chord with another. What gives one ignorant person the right to close said thread when there may be a meaningful message in there somewhere?

I know that it is difficult, but where does one draw the line? And to be honest, should the OTF really have a line to draw?

Hmm....Syren has a point. The GDF is meant to be the forum for all the sensible threads.

but raz, making all those "I'm leaving!"-threads and than just a couple of hours later say "hey, thanks for the support, I'll stay"
or "Do you love me?"/"Do you like me?" those threads, it's extremely annoying for some to see, cause all I (and with me others too) see nothing than pathetic attentionwhores who ruin the real idea of the otf: talking off-topic and having fun.
With those threads and with stuff like "ATTENTION! I BROKE A FINGERNAIL!!!!" it's getting just plainly stupid and totally unworthy of ever being created

if there are FUN threads that don't result into such behavior, you can ask ANY member and non will see why those have to close, but lately the OTF has been one hellhole of threads that are unworthy of ever even been thought off

I close the dupe threads anyways. Plus all the goodbye threads get merged with the original.

But doesn't the fingernail threads make the OTF what it is? Like a wacky forum to post anything thats on your mind?

Yeah, but things like "THE UNCLOSABLE THREAD" kinda go too far and wear out their welcome before they're started...
