Anyway, Flash won't be landing any infinite mass punches, and even if he did, they would have little impact on someone with Surfer's durability. If Flash gets hit once by Surfer, he's done for.
Surfer has limitless speed, so Flash can steal as much as he likes, if he can indeed do so.
Surfer has unlimited speed. This is normal Flash, who's speed is limited to several times lightspeed. Surfer is faster.

1) I read in the post you gave from Marvel Directory that Surfer has "NEAR-limitless" speed. Now "near" can have a wide range, but the word itself contradicts what you are saying that Surfer has completely limitless speed. So he doesn't have limitless speed. On top of that, this is not in space, the thread starter didn't specify so. Sufer can only achieve faster than light speeds in hyper space, so he wouldn't even be going faster than light in this fight.
2) Flash has, and often doesn go WAY past the speed of light ON EARTH. Flash has the major advantage in speed here considering the fight isn't in space.

By the way Soujaboy, quit spamming this thread with garbage about how this is RKT. We realize that he is the current Thor, but if the thread starter intended it to be him, would've either:
a) Not put him in this fight at all
b) Would have specified clearly that this was RKT.
