Surfer stats much faster than Flash........... When flash was amping and taking the speed of other Flash(battle with zoom) he still wasn't anywhere near Surfer level in Speed.

Flash can also control time to a sense, and is far more practiced and accomplished with it than Surfer is, as he's done it more oft, afaik.

These all put them in what I called herald lvl catagories.

what about the time flash ran all the way to the farthest reachest of the universe to the super planet with adam one? Or when the jla ended up in the future becuz flash has sped them up so fast, they had to enter thier future bodies? the speed force trumps any speed feat the surfer can do. The only marvel toon in flashes speed catagory is the runner.

And I said thor isn't much with out his hammer. WW beats Classic Thor Eight ways to sunday if they are both unarmed. and ww's powers are all outside sources. She is the living avatar of the God's any and all powers that she request are granted at her will.

He has run across the universe before, and across time before, and between dimensions before.
Flash had to amp himself up to fight someone who travel at higher timeStream...... SS can do the same(with Speed)...... Zoom used that as speed.
am not saying Flash can't keep up with SS.......... of course he can with the Speed force and all.
But saying Flash is faster than SS is just Wrong.
and unfroven........ because no matter how fast u can move..... SS can always move that fast.
