Everyone except the Gl's, and Flash are debatable, and the Gl's power is based on there will. Similar to Glad's powers being based of his confidence.

In all fairness non of those are lies . Only two were even in the blood and thunder saga. I think durok was done in b y King Thor though, not sure. Why is it ok for DC characters to do things like this(Supes ect) but its always PIS when Thor or someone like him does it?

Oops, forgot Flah. He is herald. And these GLs both have the power to give Surfer a run, thats herald level. They only give the rings to people with the willpower to use them effectively.

There are so many ways PIS could have any JLAer doing the same things. THe JLA fought a freakin Quantum Mechanic. The First beings in the universe after the big bang. An entire race of Galactus lvl with no need to feed. always at full strength! ANd they had better tech!!! Let's see the avengers beat an enraged quantum mechanic. or even stand up to one.

She has pulled the earth and the moon. she has battled a doomsday construct as strong as the original. fought superman, beat Gods, stood up to zeus, used the earth to get an instant healing factor, has the speed of herme's, She can tag thor a thousand times before he blinks!. and add in her weapons and she is a BEAST!
Saying Thor needs his hammer is like saying that the Gl's are nothing without there rings. It's part of the character that you can't really take away.
BTW, as of The Mighty Thor v2 #83 Thor no longer needs Mjolnir to accomplish crazy feats. 😉

What makes someone Herald lvl is them being a connected to an outside near infinite or infinite source of power. Usually it's cosmic or magical, or they have uber mental and molecule control powers
Superman draws his powers from yellow stars
Wonder Woman Draws her powers from ALL of the greek gods in times of need and 7 when she's not in need and from the Earth itself
Flash Draws his powers from the speed force
GL's draw thier powers from OA and thier wills.
MM has crazy mental and molecule control.
So who's not Herald lvl here?

Yes, because she is a very powerful brawler. Being a brawler doesnt make one weak, just that you primarily rely on physical attacks, rather than energy/magic/psychic powers ect, which can cause a loss against characters who arent neccessarily more powerful, just more versatile. Look at the Hulk, or Gladiator, or Juggernaut - they have beaten people with incredible power, does that make them herald level?

You call these feats PIS, yet you expect me to take in and except every feat accomplished by the JLA? They may be above herald lv, but that doesn't give you the right or the base to label them as PIS.

Hell yeah they are all herald lvl. WHAT? of course, they can give any herald a good fight.
