Watch out for the
Uneven, broken stairs
For losing your footing
On those bad boys,
Results in a nasty spill
Onto the pavement.
Finally, you have reached
Your destination.
But now the fun
Is only just beginning, for
You have to get
Downstairs to your room
While not waking up
Your sleeping parents.
