What will happen because of the absence of atmospherically pressure is that the absorbed gasses in your blood will be come a gas again. By that creating bubbles in your blood, which will damage the brain sooner and more severely than the lack of oxygen will.
Would that be the same condition that effects deep sea divers? It is called 'Decompression Sickness' (DCS) or 'Diver's Disease' or my favourite 'The Bends' with divers...
