$5,000

It would al most seem that Slay has been cheating, as it was indeed exactly 25.000 dollars! Payed by a online casino corporation.

What was Mickey Mouse supposed to be called, until Disney's wife talked him out of the idea.

Couldn't think of anything better.

'Mortimer Mouse'. Which seemed to serious and dull in miss Disney opinion, so she talked Walt in naming him Mickey.
Had a subscription to Donald Duck magazine for 6 years, sorry!

When did the Chinese began builing the Chinese Wall, and for what reason? And for the bonus points; what did they use as construction material in the beginning?

The Great wall? or just the wall.. ?

because they started build a wall during the Qin Dynasty.. that was about 210 BC'ish....

the great wall was started in about 1370 give or take a few years.. During the Ming Dynasty..

reason... not sure I'm guessing to protect against invasion from the tribes that were around that area. 😖

Construction material.. no idea.. probably excrement or something similar.

The early defensive structures were the base of the later Great Wall, so I meant that one. And they indeed started on it around 210 BC.
The Chinese came up with the plan to build a wall because of the increasing raids by Mongol nomadic warriors; the infamous Ghengis Kahn and his posse for example.
In it's early years, the wall was made of clay and straw. A remarkable large part of this original wall still exists.

2/3 isn't bad.. 😂
