w/c rogue are we talking about? doesnt matter she wins everytime.
ms marvel rogue: stronger, invulnerable, flight, power absorption can take punches from a weaker spider man and still have more (sheesh she was punched by binary into space and still returned like nothing happened).
X-treme xmen rogue: optic blast, claws, strength, no fight.
sunfire rogue. any webbing will burn before contact. Little spider will burn in seconds.

Even though Rogue would be able to do something like that, Spidey would just burn his hand when hitting Rogue, Rogue would be dead. Spidey would just have burns in his hand. And Rogue could not hit Spider-Man with his blasts...
Current Rogue would end up dead.
