Gettin in on this a little late but just had to throw in my two cents. This is a very good match up. Rogue has strength and speed and probably most useful of all is her ability to fly. Spider-Man on the other has his agility, webs and most importantly of all his spider sense. Now this is a very close match up, one that i can see goin any way but 6/10 times I am gonna have to give this to SM. Spider-Man has fought persons both stronger and faster than him before. I won't bring up Firelord or Titannia but i'll go to Morlun. At his full power he is as strong if not stronger than the Hulk, granted Spidey used his brain he did find a way to win. He has fought speedsters before, like Quicksilver and Speed Demon but has beaten them also. And he has fought flyers like Mach IV, when he was the beetle i mean. There also is an issue of x men where spidey handles the entire team including rogue, i don't have that scan anymore unfortunately. So to go back, Spider-Man will beat Rogue, he has beaten opponents who are much stronger and faster than she is and knows how to handle fliers. Plus he has gotten a power upgrade, he can press about 15 tons now and he is even faster with a more finely tuned spider sense. Rogue's speed does not equal superior reflexes, she will not be able to touch him, oh and that point about her being able to catch bullets and SM being only able to dogde is moot cause SM has done that before, he just likes to dodge more cause i guess its like nothin to him. Her seventh sense nowhere near compares to Spider-Man's spider sense and that example with Kurt is prove. Many people has been enable to anticiapte where Kurt is gonna 'port too, not a big deal. Bottom line she doesn't touch him, he gets her with the web and takes her out with a barrage of punches. Its long, tiring and drawn out but in the end Spidey takes her
