Don't know if anyone's still watching this thread, but does anybody here know whether they're doing a 2006 contest? Haven't seen anything on the Wizard site or the mag, but it's possible I missed the issue. Deadline was April 1 last year; is it the same every year?

Just heard from the Associate Editor of Wizard - as suspected, this contest has been scrapped for 2006. Will it return in 07? Only time will tell.

In the meantime, check out Zeb Well's hilarious winning videos from year's past. He got a job writing for Marvel based on a few of these. I personally enjoy "Superhero Birthday Party" and "Hulk for Hire" the most. Thanks Zeb for finally posting these hilarious videos.
