I think MM would win this one. He could use all his powers in perfect unison to get a victory. Hell Protex almost beat Superman once by filling every single pore of Superman's. Superman only broke out becuz he drilled into the earth where fire weakened protex. Superman won't have that option with MM. No weakness to fire.
