I had to crack my knuckles before jumping into this story. My Ex-Girlfriend was a nutball. Read on and learn...

She stayed at my house one night, and the next morning I went to the bathroom for the traditional pee that you take when you wake. She had been up for about a half hour or so. I walk into my room (AFTER WASHING MY HANDS!) and see her playing cards on my bed. She was playing what looked like the oddest variation of solitare I had ever seen. Curious, I ask her, "What are you playing?"
"Crazy 8's," she replied, not breaking focus.
"Really? Who with?" Probably the biggest mistake I have ever made. But, I asked it thinking she was kidding around.
"Fred." She was 17 and had an imaginary friend. 🤨 Once again, thinking she was kidding around, I laughed it off.
"Who is winning," I asked, playing along.
"Fred."

That was about the time I looked at the clock and said it was time for her to go.

I've actually always thought that men just never, actually never ever, washed their hands. That it was as much taboo as sitting down to pee. Happy to hear it's not so 😄
