Nate Grey Vs Silver Surfer

Started by GalacticStorm12 pages

So why are people SS groupies just because they honestly think SS would win. Leo arent you the one who thinks Nate can beat Phoenix? Your credibility on this forum isnt exactly top notch.

The SS Vs God like Cable fight was a very good indicator of how SS would do against Nate. SS obliterated Cable with ease. Cable was ignored SS dragged him away form the general populace and took him out. SS could take out Nate in seconds if he wished, he's just too powerful and too fast.

😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆

Classic man,

F**king classic 😆

Nate maxed out could imply many tactics towards the surf. the thing is surf could do same but not telekinetically not so detailed and also telepathically. nate can gather a controlled army against the surf..where he would have no choice but to fight hundreds?

no matter how "more powerful'' SS is, nates reached a point where he may win just by the vastness of his arsenal.

like if a 5 year old fights me, i'm more powerful but give the 5 yearold a knife and a gun and i might end up dead.

Speed blitz. Nates dead. End of. You missed me? 😉

Or the Surfer could just do this (so the damn board is good for something 😖hifty: ):

Imprison Genis into his board

All it took was a single energy attack 😬

Yea but Nate Grey in my opinion would of been more powerful than cable if he got to his potential, but that can also be argued as well.

Nope. Cable is actually more powerful than Nate. He's already put Nate down before, and he wasn't exactly straining himself. Sufer owns Nate. Nate can't compete with the Power Cosmic.

Nataku, what you can't get thru your head is that NG was not at his normal power levels. i dont mean to insult your intelligence but i must use this example :

Power Levels [as in control over ones powers] --
1 - 10 | 10 being absolute full potential | 7 is normal

Nate Grey : 2.5-3.0 [as written] | SS - 7 [as written]

Surfer was never written to be lower than his normal power level, but NG was.

Lets forget the confusion about full power whether it may have been a mistake on my writing or your comprehension. the bottom line is that NG was not written at normal power levels as is most characters.

So, if i may hold you into thinking a bit longer. imagine pitting a cosmic being against a mutant who isn't even at normal power levels. anyone that knows how to spell marvel knows that cosmic beings > mutants and on top of that....you ask nate grey in this fight to have less powers than what would be considered normal.

Why dont you pitt SS against a baby. SS supporters would do anything to ensure a win for him, even unfair shit like this.

why do you only put him at 2 - 3? how can you prove he was THAT far below full-potential?

and you mention the 'vastness of his arsenal'. what feat is nate able to do with tp/tk that ss couldn't do with pc?

I do believe that Nathan and Nate have the necessary power to compete with cosmic beings just not the physical durability to. After all, Nathan and Nate are still vulnerable to many weakness humans are. They're not physically indestructable nor are either of them able to push out enourmous amounts of energy without overloading. Silver Surfer would annihilate Nate Grey, utterly. Probably more-so than he did Cable considering the Surfer only blew off his " techno " organic arm and didn't blow away flesh. Mutants unfortunately are still " human " in the end. They can't compete with cosmic entities unless somehow they were made physically indestructable...in some fashion.

Yeah nate has these things called "shields" that prevent him from getting hit. And if he does get hit he would be intangible, so not much would happen.

1. Can Nate operate offensively in an intangible state?
2. Can Nate become intangible or raise shields before Surfer can attack?
3. Can Nate not burn out like Cable did?

Yes.

I remember the Hulk busting through Nate's shields with two or three hits. Guess what happened when the Hulk broke through?

Hint: Nate did NOT go intangible.
