Superman vs. New X-men

Depends if Supes goes in hard then. Kryptonite is a problem for him. Without it the Xmen are toast. With it they could win. Logically though if Supes senses the big K he will high tail it and regroup.

Well if he regroups then that gives the x-men more time for prep, if they need it.

Do you even wanna guess at what Superman can accomplish with prep-time.......!!!

Can't he just melt it from afar with Heat vision? and then do the same to the sun generators and then to the X-team?

Supes.... One blast of heat vision + Super Speed
X-men = ashes

Don't forget about the prep time... Have you seen what batman can do with prep time?

exactly... if batman can use his prep time to beat superman, its pretty sure the x-men can as well. Sure, they wont be as good with it as batman is, but they also have a lot more raw power and telepaths on their team.

Hank and the Prof certainly aren't slouches. I mean, hank with prep time has come up with a device that contained the Dark Phoenix for quite a bit. And with a weakness as obvious as kryptonite...

They also have Superman's bio from Lex Luthor.

It would be lot more fair if Superman could get preptime too...
