There's actually a big split on the fan forums between those who thought the fish beings were great but the sky when the Doctor was climbing the tower was rubbish, and those who think the complete opposite.

I wasn't too big of a fan of this episode. It felt rather, cobbled together to me. It seemed like it wanted to be two things, an episode where the relationship between Amy and her fiancee is developed, and a fun old fashioned Dr. Who romp. But it failed at both. I came to the odd conclusion that while both characters, Amy and Fiancee are good, I don't give to craps about their relationship. Add that with the very odd Doctor going to climb a building and hit a switch moment, which felt rather forced to me. Nothing brilliant, or cool, just hey, let me go hit this off button.

Next episode looks great though. Good old brainy thriller.

I really enjoyed the new episode. It felt like a fun ol' Doctor Who adventure, and I love those. I enjoy Amy and her boyfriend, the creatures were cool (despite some poor cgi), and Matt Smith was good as always. The sky effects sucked, but it was still great to watch. Overall I enjoyed it.

Just got around to watching last weeks episode and yesterday’s one, last weeks one was not bad for an average episode. I was wondering about yesterday's one as the trailer looked bit of another average nothing to write home sort of episode, after watching it today it’s a better episode than last weeks. Hope the next two part story lives up to the trailer.

Finally the 12th episode has been revealed: The Pandorica Opens

And the second part of that two parter: The Big Bang.

I'm hoping the last episodes are good ones with some surprise and a set up for the christmas episode

Most recent episode was pure Chibnall averageness. I dunno what it is with that guy- he almost always writes stuff that is... ok.
