They do that shite on purpose because they WANT people complaining in a million videos and reddit/Twitter posts bringing them free exposure,
Oh yeah, she was pretty awesome as The Master too.
’Well great, now people will think I'm sexist if I don't continue watching.'
Stick to your guns!
PPL called me racist because I wouldn’t (and haven’t) watch Black Panther.
The problem isn't that they cast the Doctor as a female, but rather what the show seemed to turn into afterwards. Oh we're in occupied India, oh we're meeting Rosa Parks.
Suddenly it was The Magic School Bus. And series 12 has a 7% audience score on RT. The critics of course loved it. In case people wanna shrug this off, ratings for the series are also down.
And it seems now there are cringe worthy climate change eps:
Doctor Who delivers a pointed message in a pointless episode
The problem is for some reason, television and movie execs think women audiences are into bad soap opera.
I mean, it can't be a coincidence that Star Wars, Discovery, and Doctor Who ramp up petty reality TV type in fighting just as they're on a women hunting campaign. This is what they really believe women are into.
Just turn it into Jerry Springer crossed with The View crossed with Oprah crossed with The Bold and The Beautiful, essentially.

Sorry - can anyone ID this hot actress? I only know she has a connection to Doctor Who.
There’s another Sophie Turner, who played “the Vicar” on BBC’s Dr. Who. That happens sometimes.
Mark Wahlberg, Adam Scott, Randy Jackson, Chris Evans, Peyton List, Michelle Williams…all have same name dopplegangers.
