And both in the black again!
At thos point, we could go for highest score (i.e. closest to dead centre) to break the tie,
But instead, Edmund steps out towards the royal pavillion, and declares:
"No archer of this skill should be denied a place in the final!"
The King is silent for a few moments, and then declares:
"Seven shooters in the final it is!"
There is another massive upraor of cheering.
There is a short pause in proceedings as the targets are changed.
Annuneryn, fresh-faced youngster that he is, you would think would be paying close attention to something as exicitng as this, But he's not; when you look at him his mind seems to be elsewhere. He's in the Lord's pavilion, next to the royal one, with members of his retinue.
Elladil seems puzzled and fascinated at the same time, wondering if there are any dangers among such crowd, as he heard many stories about the evil deeds humans are capable of, even the descendants of Elros and Numenor. He knew Firimar are capable of cruel and terrible actions, as well as those of great nobility and spirit. He is surely going to miss the smells of the forest, in this environement he finds himself quite vulnerable, it would be wise to find other elves that were supposed to arrive here before him.
But he is still happy and enthralled to see so many children around. Few children have been recently born in elven communities, but here it seems that almost every family is blessed with a young one. He smiles at a very sweet-looking young girl, but she seems to be a bit afraid of him.... Well, she likely hasn`t seen one of the Quendi before.
Elladil would look for the Royal Palace, or ask when he can find the King.
