the phoenix force cannot die, which puts it at least on the same level as death...though by this logic, thanos would be above death too. the difference is he was granted by death the power to be immortal, whereas the phoenix force just is.

He created a galaxy out of a snow globe. His summoned golagtus and forced him to fight a god type mutant (can't remember the name).
