This fight is the opposite of a fight like Daredevil vs. Spiderman, with complete role reversals; Spider-man is going to have to try to keep up with a faster and more agile opponite. If Spider-man still used web shooters this fight would have resulted with a quick win in Snake-eyes' favour but he should still win. It should be easy enough for the silent master to aviod Pete's webbing and he can make it all the more easier with a smoke grenade. The length of this fight depends on how long Spider-man can keep Snake-eyes at a distance because up close in melee combat it ends very quickly.
He has moved so fast his sword burt into flames from the air friction. Do you have any idea how fast that is? Machine gun bullets were discribed as "slow pigeons" in comparison to an 18 year old Tommy, who was the only target of three platoons of machine gun fire. He dodged all the bullets with a person on his back while laying return fire... and thats when he was 18, he can't even be compared to his current self.

Cobra Soldiers are far from Superhuman. Normal humans (G.I. Joe's) regularly kick the crap out of them.
Spiderman on the other hand actually deals with real Superhumans.
And Snake-Eyes is mute and masked. It's not like anyone is going to know whether or not he's panting.
There's also that small bit about him being blind.

'i know these guys aren't exactly spiderman, but they come after snake eyes in record numbers and he just sends them packing....spiderman would be in for one hell of a fight. imo.

lol that's funny hehehe. but seriously how would no one notice his panting or at least upper body heaving up and down? even with a mask superheroes are shown breathing hard all the time.

What are you talking about? Snake-eyes isn't blind (even if he was he still knows the Ear that Sees so he wouldn't be at much of a loss) and all the COBRA Troops are enhanced. The lowest COBRA troppers are enhanced with 2x human states (all of them) and it goes up from there as you get to higher grade soldiers like B.A.T'S, Fred Series guards and of course Wraith.
G.I. Joe are the best of the best, even random Joe green shirts can empty entire clips threw a single bullet hole. Scarlet has blocked laser fire with her sword and Duke more then held his own against those superhuman "soldier" Yeti guys (Snake-eyes kicked their asses of course).
Pretty sure Snake Eyes is blind. You see that visor he wears? It isn't exactly transparent.
And in all the stats and feats you've just described, you haven't named one thing that Spiderman couldn't do...let alone with ease.
Spiderman has 15x the reflexes of a normal human and class 10 strength. Snake Eyes is outmatched here.
The visor is bullet proof and has built in night and infa-red vison.
B.A.T.'s shrug off small to medium arttillery fire and are strong enough to flip over police crusers with on arm, sending them flying and can rip through armored cars with greate ease. Snake-eyes takes on dozens of them with nothing but a sword and slices threw them like butter.
