I know next to nothing about Snake-Eyes. I know alot about Spidey. So I can't really judge. Ssrank. seems to be the expert on Snake-Eyes though.

a ninja master. again, wolvie has beaten many ninja masters. if wolvie can do it, spidey CERTAINLY can! good grief, he's human! highly skilled? yes. capable of beating most humans? yes. spidey is WAYYYY more than human. he will never have battled anyone like spidey before because they don't exist in his 'world'. spidey on the other hand has trounced hundreds like him. i mean c'mon - this is spidey!! match him against the punisher and you'll have an argument. not spidey.
oh, and someone earlier said he would kill bats. SE is skilled in 12 - 12!! - styles of martial arts. bats is proficient in what - about 130!!!! not to mention having his own near mystical ninja-type training. SE wouldn't last 60 seconds against bats who is also a master of the sword and almost any other type of weapon. please be reasonable about this and don't let fanboyishness cloud common sense.

You know who else is human? Iron Fist, Shang Chi... Val Armorr tell me right now that they aren't able to beat Spider-man? You might also remember a certain White Ninja who was able to compeat with Spider-man and infact only lost because his own weapon (some fear crystals or something) where used against him. Seriously what kind of argument is "he is human"?
Also that bio is Snake-eyes action figure bio which is different then Cartoon Snake-eyes, Marvel/Image/DDP continuty Snake-eyes, Reloaded Snake-eyes and the CGI Valor vs Venom Snake-eyes.

Just like the Night Creeper Leader... no, wait he got his ass kicked! And for the record comic Snake-eyes is a master of every form of unarmed combat and is different character then Hasbro Action figure Snake-eyes.
EDIT: Opps, he isn't a master of all hand to hand styles he "is an expert in all disciplines of martial arts and silent weaponry." He also has quasi-mystical martial arts moves (i.e. The Ear that Sees, The Blade of Inexoribale motion, The Sleeping Pheonix and The Airashikage Mindset)

means spidey was far ABOVE human, hence capable of things a 'human' is incapable of. ie moving more quickly than a human can, lifting cars, sensing danger before it hits him . . . you know - SUPERHUMAN stuff.
as for the 'humans' you mentioned: shang chi had his a$$ handed to him by spidey in one of their fights. so did iron fist. as far as refuting the above stats - clearly you HAVE no stats to back anything up then?
and it - as clearly - doesn't matter what i or anyone else says. this is one of those dead end disagreements. nothing you say can POSSIBLY make me believe SE would get anything but crushed by spidey. you somehow feel otherwise. deadend discussion.
val armorr is human - so is spidey. so are most heroes for that matter. but like spidey (and the others) val has super human attributes. focusing his chi (kind of like iron fist, only stronger) lets him act as though he has SUPERHUMAN powers - smash iron with his hands, shake an entire STREET by stamping on it with both feet, kick cars from the air, etc . . .
could val beat spidey? i don't know. maybe. i do know both of them would whoop snake eyes.
Iron Fist would destroy Spider-man. Danny has shredded Spider-man's webbing before and one hit is all he needs to end the fight. Spider-man was punked by that guy(I forget his name) with the same training as Danny who wanted to steal the mystical powers of the Iron Fist. In all honest I don't think Spider-man has much of a chance of beating Iron Fist and Val Armorr would wreak Spiderman about as easy as Superman would.
Not sure what you want to hear leonidas, I mean machine gun bullets are dodged with incredible ease by a young Storm Shadow, Snake-eyes has moved his sword fast enough for it to burt into flames, the Hardmaster speed blitzed an entire police station, Snake-eyes routinely blitzes soldiers that have at least 2x human perception/reaction time or built in targeting computers. Everything Snake-eyes does is out side the realm of human but... he loses because he is human? I just dont fallow the reasoning.
Heres another little bit of information about Snake-eyes he fought Wraith on his own. Wraith, a guy who dealt "astronomical" casualties to the Chinese army. Snake-eyes was taking hits from a guy who is at least in the 10 ton range (and one who doesn't pull his punches I might add) and kept coming; he even fought Wraith well he was cloaked for part of the time!
Hmmm... Snake-eyes sounds as overpowered as Wolverine to me.
Still badass... but definitly doing stuff thats just ridiculous.
I don't think he'll be able to hit spidey, but I don't think Spidey will be able to do him in either. It'll just go till one of them gets exhausted, and judging on what you've posted, I have no idea who it would be.

if you're talking about "white ninja" yeah just a dude who could become invisible......spiderman's spider speed and spider senses had him only able to keep up with this well trained ninja.....even after the ninja turned visable and spidey became enraged, his bout with spidey was a stalemate....comparing snake-eyes to the hand ninjas is not a good analogy at all.....hand ninjas are despcribed as being the quilvelant of 12 well trained men....i think we can all agree snake-eyes is farrrrrr more than the equilvlant of 12 men.....
